one year.

wow.

a whole year.
one year ago tonight i was saying goodbye to my best friend in a night full of fun, laughter, pictures and so. many. tears.

in fact, while i was sitting at work thinking about this... i realized i'm wearing the same exact shirt as i wore on that day one year ago.

one whole freakin year.

and {often} i still don't feel like/want to be/freak about being a "grown-up".
i can't believe that it's been a whole year.
i can't believe the growth.
the heartache.
the happiness.
the new friends.
the maintained old friendships.
the family.
the fun.
the love.
the severe detestation.
the sleepless nights.
the fits of laughter.
the goals achieved.
the places lived.

the me i've become.
the me i'm {still} becoming.
the life that's here in eugene.

i'm so grateful for the change, the love, the life i've found here in eugene.
here's to much more living to be done.
